Shipping costs and shipping
Unless otherwise agreed with us, we ship with “Hermes Versand”. Shipping usually takes up to 2-3 business days and is free for customers.
Orders over 500.00 euros will be shipped with DHL.

For the following countries we charge a shipping fee of 40.00 euros:
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark (except Faroe Islands, Greenland), Estonia, Finland (except Aland Islands), France (except overseas territories and departments), Greece (except Mount Athos), Great Britain (except Channel Islands), Ireland, Italy (except Livigno and Campione d’Italia), Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands (except non-European territories), Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, (except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus (except northern part).

We currently do not offer last names. The reason for this is the changeover of the shipping company DHL.
Delivery time and returns
In-house items are made ready for dispatch within 24 hours, so that the dispatch time is 2-4 days.
Order goods, which we do not have in stock, are usually ready for dispatch in 3-4 working days, so that they arrive at the customer within 6-8 working days.
